Cancellation & Refund Policy

We allow you to reschedule your job as many times as you need without penalty or fee. You may cancel your order for shipment with no

penalty at any time we only ask that your provide us with a 48 hours courtesy call as to allow us enough time not to route our trucks

to your location. Notice may be given by in writing via fax, electronic mail or postal mail. You may call 888-511-0018.

Please provide your order number, full name, telephone number, scheduled date of pickup and origin and destination addresses.

your credit card account.

Pickup and Delivery Schedule

Pickup and Delivery schedule: Guaranteed service on or between agreed dates is an optional service that is available to you at an additional

cost. This optional extra service guarantees that your shipment will be picked up, transported to the destination and delivered on specific

guaranteed dates. If the mover fails to provide the service as agreed, you are entitled to be compensated at a predetermined amount or a

daily rate (per diem of $25.00) regardless of the expense you actually might have incurred as a result of the mover’s failure to perform.

Absent selecting and paying for the optional extra service guaranteeing specific pick up and delivery dates, the mover is only required to pick

up and deliver your property with reasonable dispatch and in a reasonable time.

Privacy

We use the information you provide about yourself when making a payment only to process the cost of your relocation. We do not share this

information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the credit card approval process required.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. These are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with other

companies or organizations. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones

described above.
