(PRWEB) April 6, 2006 -- e-JITI II, Inc. announces a new contract to provide aviation systems integration expertise to India’s newest Low Cost Carrier, IndiGo Airlines.
“ We are extremely pleased to provide strategic guidance to IndiGo airlines before they commence revenue operations. ”
The new Indian domestic airline, IndiGo, is headed by industry-veteran and CEO Bruce Ashby (formerly at US Airways). Indigo has selected e-JITI to perform a Needs Assessment for their aviation manuals architecture and layout, to include documentation processes and procedures, industry-leading Document and Content Management Systems (DMS/CMS) and to recommend a growth path to electronic delivery devices, such as Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) and eLogBooks.
Ismael Diaz, e-JITI’s COO/CIO stated, “We are extremely pleased to provide strategic guidance to IndiGo airlines before they commence revenue operations. IndiGo has a tremendous opportunity to ‘get it right’ without having to change existing processes and systems. They have a tremendous vision for a paperless airline, and e-JITI is perfectly poised to provide advice on best-of-breed aviation systems and processes. IndiGo reaffirms e-JITI’s core competency to provide superb value to all airlines, especially startup airlines, by combining a well designed documentation architecture with streamlined processes and integrating both of them with robust hardware/software, where appropriate. With our assistance, the goal is to help IndiGo achieve their vision with the most capability, at the pace they choose, while achieving the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).”
