(PRLEAP.COM) Plunging into one of the most successful training sessions ever, Merchants Barter Exchange has opened yet another territory in Phoenix, Arizona. With close to a dozen new sales managers attending the seminar, Steve Bolles, President of MBE, traveled to Phoenix during the last week of July to coach them on the way the company works.

Merchants Barter Exchange is on its way to becoming one of the largest trade companies in the industry and is eager to continue to grow. Bolles is confident in his new team. "The new guys are thrilled!" he said. "This week has been one of the most successful sessions ever. Every sales rep is selling within days. It’s exciting to see such enthusiasm in 115 degree heat!"
Kyle Langseth, the licensee owner for Morristown, NJ, traveled to Phoenix with Bolles to oversee the training. "All of these guys are exactly what we are looking for. They’ve got what it takes to keep the momentum going," Langseth was pleased to see such an impressive turn out. "In 2 1/2 days these guys had twelve contracts signed! Twelve contracts! That’s pretty amazing!"
The seminar shined a light on complete customer satisfaction and entrepreneurial success. "Whoever joins our team has the understanding of what MBE represents and shares our vision of becoming the finest in the industry," Bolles stated.
