Hi-Heeled Designs’ invitation was part of Backstage Creation’s Talent Retreat. The evernt's stars, winners and presenters were invited to the backstage Talent Retreat to select gifts from companies including JCPenney, Chinese Laundry, Guess, Hello Kitty and VTech.

Hi-Heeled Designs is known for their unique, fashionable designs, and the 2006 Teen Choice Awards was no exception. The invitation was fun and simple, and featured bright colorful stripes with a beach theme of palm trees, suns, and surfboards. They came with coordinating bright blue envelopes. The design fit well with the style of fun and hip look of the Teen Choice Awards.
