Out of hundreds of agencies in attendance, only a handful received service awards, speaking to the dedication, passion and commitment FKQ has shown over the years to our McDonald’s
business.

10 years ago, Bob Faller, FKQ Chairman, and Lisa Faller, FKQ President, set out to win the Tampa Bay McDonald’s business. Ms. Faller visited each and every Owner/Operator across 11 counties and with the FKQ Team delivered a new business pitch that included a mock funeral for the old way of doing business. These creative efforts, which FKQ is known for, led to a win over incumbent agency Fahlgren-Benito.
In the 10 years since acquiring the business, FKQ has helped Tampa Bay McDonald’s achieve unparalleled results in sales and restaurant guest counts. Beyond traditional advertising, FKQ works in complete partnership with the Co-Op and spearheads efforts for unique opportunities such as a Crew Rally held at the St. Pete Times Forum with 4,000 McDonald’s Crew in attendance and NACSAR driver Tony Stewart as a keynote speaker.
