Connor Sport Court International, the market leader in performance sports surfaces, announced that they have reached a settlement in a lawsuit originally filed by Connor Sport Court International in United States District Court for the District of Utah, Case No. 2:05CV00328 TS in April 2005 against Snap Court LLC. While terms of the settlement are confidential, both parties announced that they were satisfied with the outcome and that it is in the best interest of both
companies.
