Watson brings 23 years of experience in marketing, brand and product development, and general management to this position. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Consumer Strategy and Insight at the Select Comfort Corporation. Prior to that, Watson was an independent consultant. He has also been the chief marketing and strategy officer for Simondelivers.com, and President and COO of Recovery Engineering, the makers of the PUR water filter. Watson also has significant executive marketing and general management experience with Pillsbury and Kraft.

Watson holds a bachelor of arts in French at Northwestern University, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
