Brad N. McIver, CPA/ABV, CFE has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989 and is licensed to practice in the State of
Florida. Mr. McIver received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1987. For the past 17 years he has worked for public accounting firms where he developed an extensive background in audit techniques and procedures and
business valuation strategies.
Mr. McIver uses this business experience to provide innovative techniques to perform due diligence engagements, forensic accounting and litigation consulting. He has earned the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential and belongs to the Association of Fraud Examiners. Mr. McIver is skilled in the prevention and detection of fraud in small to medium-size businesses.

He has special expertise in providing valuations for small to medium-size businesses for shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions and estate and gift tax planning.
